  2. Navigate to “Order History”
  3. Select “Request Return” for relevant order
  4. Complete the return form and print label

4. Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping unless:
    • Wrong item received
    • Defective product
  • Recommended carriers: UPS, FedEx (with tracking)
  • Original shipping fees non-refundable

5. Refund Processing

  • Allow 7-10 business days for processing
  • Refund issued to original payment method
  • Bank processing may take additional 3-5 days

6. Exchanges
