• In original condition with tags attached

- Customized/personalized items
- Final sale items (clearly marked)
- Accessories with hygiene seals removed
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your michaelquelal.com account
- Navigate to “Order History”
- Select “Request Return” for relevant order
- Complete the return form and print label
4. Return Shipping
- Customer pays return shipping unless:
• Wrong item received
• Defective product - Recommended carriers: UPS, FedEx (with tracking)
- Original shipping fees non-refundable
5. Refund Processing
- Allow 7-10 business days for processing
- Refund issued to original payment method
- Bank processing may take additional 3-5 days
6. Exchanges

7. Damaged/Defective Items
